High Quality Spin Spreader for All Tractors

Our high quality spin spreaders are especially designed for winter service and not redesigned spreaders of fertilizers, but spreaders that have been especially designed for the usage during winter municipal service. They are suitable for the spreading of sand, salt and grit. All parts of the spreader have been designed to ensure long time durability. The spreader has a robust frame with a 3 point linkage cat. I and torsion free steel construction and is galvanized to protect it against corrosion. The spreader tanks are made of 8 mm thick special impact proofed, flexible corrosion free plastic. The bottom of the spreader, its metering disc, the spread disc and the adjustable impeller are completely made of high grade steel.

The infinitely variable spread width limiter is made of a special plastic material, too. In 90 % of all cases for winter municipal service, tractors with hydrostatic drives are used. As these tractors are constantly used at full engine rpm normal spreaders with ordinary gear boxes have shown extreme signs of wear at the agitator, container bottom, spreader disc und width limiter. There are also strong vibrations. Moreover it is impossible to make small spreads and to adjust the exact dose of the grit with the high spreader rpm. Such spreaders are not suitable for professional municipal winter service. In contrast to these standard spreaders the special gear box that is produced for our company guarantees a interference- and wear free function and vibration free usage and a clean spread view especially with smaller spread widths, for example on pavements.

We offer three different sizes of spreaders which are suitable for all types of tractors. Our spreaders have a huge working radius and a wide area capacity. The working width of 1m up to 8 m can be regulated both with an adjustable width limiter and the shaft rpm. The spread width can be adjusted with a lever and an adjustable bed stopper gives you the opportunity to fix the ideal amount of the grit. The adjustable impeller of the high-grade steel spread disc will spread every kind of grit safely and exactly on the work surface. The hopper sides are steep so that the grit can slide easily.

A specially designed worm gear agitator helps to mix and to spread the grit properly. The worm gear agitator, the colander, the cardan shaft, the lightning system and the high grade container coverage, which protects the grit from moisture, are part of the standard fittings.
